Hrodna Azot To Shut Down Two Workshops

A flare will be visible above the plant.

On October 11, Hrodna Azot will shut down two workshops — Ammonia-3 and Urea-3. The plant says that this is "for scheduled equipment maintenance."

Residents are warned that the Ammonia-3 workshop will be used for "disposal of flammable substances that are part of the process gas." This means that a "flare" will be visible above the plant again.

As usual, it is stated that "there is no threat to the city, the environment, residents, or employees of the plant."
