Opposition supporters who gathered near the administration of the “president” of Abkhazia in Sukhum rejected Aslan Bzhania's offer of early elections, RBC reports.

Opposition politician Adgur Ardzinba, former “Minister of Economy”, spoke to the protesters. He spoke about Bzhania's statement about holding early voting in the “republic” and asked if the participants agreed with this. The protesters responded that they did not accept the offer.

On November 15, protesters began storming the “parliament” and the “presidential” administration, shots were fired at the scene.

The opposition created a coordination council and began negotiations with the “authorities”, but already at night it announced the end of negotiations, and also stated that Bzhania had fled.
