Russian military propagandists report an alarming situation in Kursk region. According to one of the Z-channels, for four days there has been no communication with about 60 soldiers of the 22nd Motorised Rifle Regiment near the village of Voronok, Dialogue.UA reported.

The soldiers were sent to hold positions in the area, but the lack of any information about them is causing serious concerns among the command.

According to preliminary reports, the unit could have been defeated. A video has already appeared on the web in which three Russian servicemen of the unit report that they have been captured by Ukrainian forces.

In the video, the servicemen appeal to the Russian command with a request to exchange them for Ukrainian prisoners.

Details of the incident and the number of captured fighters remain unknown for now.

Propaganda sources also note that Ukrainian artillery is actively striking Russian positions in Kursk Region, resulting in significant casualties among the personnel.

The situation in the region remains extremely tense and the Russian side is not giving official comments on the incident.

Reports of casualties and lack of communication with the unit have already caused concern among pro-Russian bloggers and war correspondents, highlighting the growing uncertainty about the ability to hold positions in Russia's border regions.
