Bloomberg: Ukrainian Armed Forces Hit Russia With British Storm Shadows

For the first time since the war began.

Ukraine has launched British Storm Shadow cruise missiles at Russian territory, Bloomberg reports, citing an anonymous source.

If this information is confirmed, it will be the first time Storm Shadows have been used to strike legitimate Russian territory after debates about allowing Kyiv to use these weapons.

A military facility in the village of Maryino in the Kursk region was attacked.

The day before, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that Ukraine had struck the Bryansk region with American ATACMS missiles. Ukraine has not officially confirmed this information.

Earlier on Tuesday, Russian pro-war Telegram channels reported that Ukraine, with the permission of the West, had allegedly attacked the Kursk region with British Storm Shadow missiles for the first time.
