This is a military facility of Putin's Administrative Directorate.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces could have struck an underground bunker with Russian and North Korean generals in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation.
This is what the Defence Express publication writes.
A video from the village of Maryino has appeared.

A fairly large number of missiles were used for the strike. About 15 explosions can be heard in the video, although some of them may be the work of air defense systems. But the target is no less interesting.
The video was filmed near the historical building of the Baryatinsky estate, which is now a sanatorium under the Administrative Directorate of Putin.
There is information that there is a military facility of the “communications hub” type there.
With a high degree of probability, this refers to an underground command post, not an ordinary communications facility. Considering the proximity of the sanatorium, it is very likely that it was used by the command of the Russian troop group in the Kursk region. And considering that it is there that the DPRK troops are operating, it is not exceptional that North Korean generals could have been there.
At the very least, it is precisely this category of people and this object that are worth the cost of a fairly significant number of Storm Shadow / SCALP cruise missiles.
