Kasparov: Lukashenka's Phobias Have Grown Exponentially

The Belarusian army will not protect the dictator.

Why are Lukashenka's propagandists again talking about the possible entry of NATO and Ukrainian troops into Belarus? One of the leaders of the Russian opposition, Garry Kasparov, believes that Lukashenka is afraid that Kyiv will decide to protect itself from a potential attack from Belarusian territory.

The opposition politician expressed this opinion on the YouTube channel of the a target="_blank" href=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GU_TBGpE8H8>Free Russia Forum:

— For Ukraine, eliminating the threat from the north is quite important, because it has to keep some troops on the border with Belarus. The shortest distance to Kyiv is from the Belarusian border.

It can be argued that from a military point of view, eliminating the military bridgehead with a potential threat of attack from the north, which has been created in Belarus today, would be a good thing.

I don't know if this can be done. Lukashenka and Putin have this fear. I think the Belarusian army will not protect Lukashenka.

I think that after crossing the border in the Kursk region, these fears and phobias increased exponentially.
