The dictator faces an acute shortage of American and European currencies.
Sources of the Belaruskaia Vyvedka Telegram channel report a serious shortage of American and European currencies in Lukashenka's financial system.
We are talking about critical supplies of equipment, spare parts, medicines and more. Lukashenka tried to hide this problem inside the country, trying to beg on his channels about the next loan in foreign currency, but a response from potential donors has not yet been received. All settlements with the Russian Federation are carried out in Russian rubles, critically small amount of currency comes from exports.
It was decided to sell gold, and to try to provide a service to the Russians and sell their part of the gold, passing it off as their own.
The National Bank was ordered to prevent panic and ensure free conversion at least until the new president and cabinet take office in the United States.
Sources also report that Lukashenko instructed to calculate the possibilities of a smooth decoupling of the Belarusian ruble from the Russian ruble, in case of an accelerated devaluation of the Russian currency.
The haste with the "elections" in Belarus is also associated with the expectation of the devaluation of the Russian ruble, which will lead to the devaluation of the Belarusian ruble.
The National Bank and the KGB are instructed to ensure visible financial stability and "stability" with all available methods and tools to prevent future panic. The expectation of the magnitude of inflation and devaluation processes in the economy directly depends on the result of the elections in the United States.
Lukashenka ordered the entire line of national security from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Bank to the KGB to "BE READY" in financial terms.
