Asteroid Falls In Yakutia

In Yakutia, cameras recorded the fall of an asteroid. It entered the atmosphere over the city of Lensk at 19:14 Minsk time, as scientists predicted.

The European Space Agency (ESA) estimated the diameter of the celestial body at 70 cm. The exact location of the fall is not named, but most asteroids of this size do not reach the surface of the Earth and explode in the atmosphere.
