Target Destroyed By Ukrainian Forces At Engels Airfield Unveiled

The Ukrainian Defense Forces have hit the infrastructure of the Russian military airfield Engels-2 again. Tu-95MS and Tu-160 aircraft of the 22nd Heavy Bomber Division of Russia are based there.

This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the 14th Separate Regiment of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to preliminary data, as a result of the attack, tanks with rare aviation fuel for Tu-160 bombers caught fire on the territory of the Kristal oil depot. These are the aircraft used by Russia to terrorize the civilians in Ukraine.

The military noted that the multi-day complex operation to reduce the capabilities of the enemy's strategic aviation has been completed.

“We are doing everything possible to ensure that the fire brigades of Engels, who just put out the flames after the previous strike, are not left without work in the context of the increasingly difficult economic situation in Russia,” the statement said.
