The White House realises that Russian Federation is out of time.

Two days after his inauguration, US President Donald Trump made an address to Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, in which he exposed his position on the war in Ukraine, and this position turned out to be tougher for the Kremlin than one might expect.

CNN writes about this, commenting on the US leader's promise to impose new sanctions against Russia if it refuses to conclude an agreement to end its military aggression against the Ukrainian state in the near future.

In particular, he pointed to high inflation in Russia and said Putin was destroying Russia by refusing to make a deal.

‘He's squeezing everything out of himself ... it doesn't make him look good ... I think it would be good for him to end this war,’ Trump said of Putin.

Analysts point out that the words said on Wednesday became Trump's harshest remarks against the Russian dictator.

According to journalists, the White House realises that the Russian Federation is out of time.

‘His attention to economic mismanagement and the Kremlin's tolerance for appalling loss records suggest that the White House is aware that Russia may be experiencing some time pressure and intends to take advantage of it,’ the observers wrote.
