Is this a 'live bait' operation?

Journalist Vasyl Pekhnyo spoke about the eccentric actions of Russian occupiers in the Kherson region.

The Russians would like to storm the Dnipro near Kherson, but now it is a lost cause for them, said Ukrainian journalist and military observer Vasyl Pekhnyo in his daily stream on the YouTube channel Fabrika Novostei.

The analyst also noted that the occupiers are doing something strange in the Kherson region. In particular, they launched their boat with a rubber doll, which they dressed in camouflage.

"I don't understand why they did this. To lure out the fire of our drones? Or perhaps it was done demonstratively, in order to then report to the command. "They say that a boat with 'attack aircraft' went on a mission and was eliminated by a Ukrainian UAV," Pekhnyo suggested.

In addition, in the area of the Antonivka Bridge, opposite Oleshky, the Russians are making chaotic movements on their motorcycles. They drive up to the shore, turn around and drive back.

"Is this a bait job? Or what should you call it? Honestly, I don't understand what they are doing. There are a lot of incomprehensible things going on here. Perhaps such actions are explained by the intelligence of the command, which can say: 'Dig from here until lunchtime'. This is an old army saying," the journalist said.

Then Pekhnyo added that, in general, the situation in the Kherson direction is relatively stable. The Ukrainian Defence Forces are quite successfully eliminating the Russian occupiers here.
