Trump Announces Time To Start Meeting With Zelensky, Says He Respects Him

Ukrainians were fighting very bravely.

US President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will hold a meeting in Washington today, 28 February. The American leader has reported at what time it will happen.

This is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the broadcast of his joint press conference with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer.

‘Tomorrow at 11:00 we will have a very serious good meeting, I hope so. I think we're going to get a lot done,’ Trump stated.

He also expressed respect for his Ukrainian counterpart and noted the courage of the Ukrainians.

‘I respect President Zelensky, the Ukrainians have been fighting very bravely. We provided a huge amount of equipment, I hope it was useful,’ the US President added.
