The Ukrainian Army has begun a structural reorganization, switching to a corps structure of troop organization. This was reported by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) Oleksandr Syrsky in his Telegram channel.

“The reform of the organizational structure of the Armed Forces continues. We have begun implementing measures to switch to a corps structure,” Syrsky wrote.

The Commander-in-Chief noted that February will be difficult for the Ukrainian army. Syrsky added that now the army is focusing its main efforts primarily on the stable holding of borders, as well as on “preventing the enemy from advancing, strengthening the training of servicemen, and building up the unmanned component.”
