Armenia Refused To Pay Contribution To CSTO

Armenia notified the secretariat of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) about its decision to refrain from signing the organization's budget. This was reported by the Armenian Foreign Ministry.

"The Armenian side officially notified the CSTO secretariat that it refrains from signing the decision "On the CSTO budget for 2024" and, accordingly, from participating in the financing of the organization's activities," the ministry said, answering the agency's question.

In accordance with the internal procedures of the CSTO, information about the annual budget is not subject to public dissemination, the Armenian Foreign Ministry added.
