Flagshtok learned about another bankrupt enterprise in the Homel region from auction data. The real estate complex in Rechytsa has been put up for sale by the BelYurObespechenie organization: for over $100,000 (344,000 rubles), they are attempting to sell the buildings of the debtor company, JSC Rechytski Textile.

Not only the buildings ara on sale, but also "part of the asphalt covering of the enterprise's territory," which covers nearly one thousand square meters.

The largest building listed at the auction is over 1.3 thousand square meters in area. It is a spinning and weaving workshop for the production of textile, sewing, fur, and leather goods.

The auction is scheduled for March 18. Meanwhile, the official job bank still has numerous new job listings for JSC Rechytski Textile. The list includes 39 vacancies, ranging from weavers to chief accountants. About half of the vacancies offer salaries of less than or around 1,000 rubles.

The company is updating its Telegram channel with a product catalog (mostly towels), although there have been no recent posts on the factory's Instagram since November 2024.

According to media reports, production is only ongoing in one workshop. The company is facing severe financial difficulties. It is known that a year ago, at the end of 2023, the factory had a debt of 15.3 million rubles.
