The governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, said that the strikes on the territory of the city of Starodub were carried out by six jet UAVs.

“A production facility is on fire on the territory of one of the processing plants. Residents have been evacuated from nearby houses to ensure safety,” he wrote.

Later, he stated that “nine aircraft-type UAVs were destroyed by the Russian Ministry of Defence’s air defense forces over the territory of the Bryansk region.”
