Families Of Russian Occupiers To Putin: Morgues Are Full

The truth is being hidden from Russians.

Families of servicemen of military unit 61899 of the 27th motorized rifle brigade have appealed to Putin, the head of the Russian Defense Ministry Andrei Belousov and other senior officials with a complaint that the authorities were “hiding the truth” about the fate of their relatives fighting in Ukraine. According to the authors of the appeal, since November 2024, the number of missing soldiers of the 27th brigade has been “growing rapidly”. Mothers and wives of the military said that the situation is getting worse every month and many families of war participants know nothing about their relatives. They asked the authorities to deal with this problem. The key demand is to increase the number of evacuation brigades, the shortage of which the command explains by the lack of information about the missing soldiers. Also, relatives of the “special military operation veterans” demanded to unload the only Rostov morgue where the dead are identified. According to them, the institution is full.

The families of the military also voiced the problem of hospitals, which, according to them, are overcrowded with wounded soldiers. Allegedly, employees of medical institutions were prohibited from sharing information with relatives. “Why are hospitals prohibited from sharing information with relatives? What is the reason for this? We have the right to know what is happening to our loved ones. Why are they hiding the truth from us? Even during the Great Patriotic War, statistics were kept much better than now. This is the age of high technology,” the women say in the appeal. In a video message, they voiced three dozen names of missing soldiers.
