Russian ‘Shaheds’ Shot Down In Kyiv: Explosions Heard

Fires broke out in the capital of Ukraine, there is destruction.

Russian occupation troops have carried out a massive attack by drones of the ‘Shahed’ type in Kyiv, resulting in building fires and destruction of houses in the capital.

The attack by enemy drones was reported by Kyiv mayor Vitali Klitschko.

‘As a result of falling debris there was a fire on the 4th floor of a four-storey building in Podilsky district of the capital,’ Klitschko wrote at half past 11pm.

The fire in the house was localised 40 minutes later.

At the same time, already after midnight, the debris of the ‘shaheds’ fell on the territory of warehouses in Holosiivsky district of the capital.

‘Due to the fall of the wreckage of the downed UAV, a fire was recorded in a non-residential building in Holosiivsky district,’ noted the Kyiv city military administration.

Photos of the fire also appeared on social networks.

In addition, at half past one in the morning, the KCMA reported that as a result of falling debris a private building was destroyed in Darnytskyi district of Kyiv.

‘Preliminarily a person is blocked. Rescuers are heading to the place,’ noted the KCMA.

At the time of publication of the material, there was no information about the dead as a result of the Russian attack.
