"How can we help there, if it's needed? If it is not needed, then no one will get into there. It is necessary to wean our people off the pacifier, as they say, especially in the eastern regions, including touse (and maybe first of all) in Homel region. We should live within our means and earn money ourselves," said Lukashenka.
