Лидер Объединенной гражданской партии Анатолий Лебедько и экс-кандидат в президенты Александр Козулин 11 марта провели в Страсбурге серию встреч с руководством Европарламента и Совета Европы.

Какая ты вумная - я не сторонник казулина, но по моему все знают что его просто тупо лишили полномочий пока он сечку ел и голодовки проводил - в лучших традициях КПСС...

ОтветитьDecisions are made already in March in the EU Council - which will also decide about the
suspended travelling ban. If the ban is not put again on Lukashenko (which needs an
ananimously decision) ... then the EP is one step behind the EU Council again.
The position of the EU Commission is quite clear ... even when EU Commissioner
Benita Ferrero-Waldner was 'too busy' for coming to Aleksander Lukashenko.
And EU Commission president José Manuel Baroso is quiet - instead of defending
Human Rights and European Values with the clear stance of a democrate.
People must take care now, that they don't fall in inactivity !! Now is the time to show,
that there is a democratic opposition in Belarus. Stand up in the name of political
prisoners, stand up in the name Yana Palyakova, stand up in the name of Belarus!
Young Europeans demand stronger stand from EU!

It is definitely time for EU to take a firm stand for democracy and human rights inside Belarus! The Young European Federalists (JEF) is for the forth year now organising a pan European action where young people in over 50 cities will take to the streets at night and put a gag on the statutes - symbolically preventing them from speaking - and set up signs saying "Give a Voice to the citizens of Belarus!" For us it is not only a way of showing support to our neighbors inside Belarus, but also a clear demand to our political leaders - we demand a strong European Foreign Policy, and end to smiling talks with Lukashenka and reimposing travel bans for Belarusian leaders while an improved conditions for visa for Belarusian citizens!
The action is as usual taking place 18th March on the anniversary of the "elections" in Belarus - and only one day before the European Summit where the Eastern Partnership will be discussed. We Hope the voices of the young Europeans will be listened to!
